I called the office to get an appointment February 5, 2015 for my mother, senior citizen, (having life issues concerning death-most of all her friends are gone). My brother (intellectual disability), and myself (grief issues). The lady, whom, I will not mention her name, told me that Dr. Goldberg was taking Medicare patience. She preceded to take all of the insurance information, medications names, and other necessary information for the three of us. We all have two insurances each (military and government insurance and Medicare), and received a call back approximately an hour later to inform me that Dr. Goldenberg is not taking Medicare patients at this time. That being the case, I feel that the receptionist should have informed me of that at the very beginning of the call and not after he reviewed the information from me. Medicare is not welfare. We have worked years to earn it--nothing was given to us--we worked hard for everything we have and are not looking for a hand out-just some assistance. He did refer us to another doctor who appears to be a Herbalist. Nothing is wrong with a doctor who specialize in herbal healing, but that was not what we called for. Had we all had gold or black cards or whatever the 1% have, we could have been seen. Nevertheless, after reading the reviews, I realize that God was looking out for us. I did not like the reviews and it showed me that we were fortunate not to get an appointment.

Also, do not put my email out there online for the world to write me and do not sell or share my name to anyone. Anyway, I see that you block out a lot of information. This must be legal with the Medical Board.

If you want to have zero say so in your healthcare, see Dr. Rosenberg. He had zero interest in LISTENING to understand what issues I'm trying to resolve; very condescending. Thinks his time is more important than the patient's; Money motivated.

No, I felt confused and uneasy when I left

Not really, it wasn't very clean
Did your provider ask enough questions that you felt they took a holistic approach to your appointment?
They asked a few questions to get to know me better, but they drew their conclusion too quickly if you ask me.
How would you compare this psychiatrist to others in his/her field that you have visited?

The Office staff are very friendly. However that is as far as the friendliness goes. Dr. Goldenberg is in my opinion very arrogant. He did not listen to me, and had an answer to everything to make me feel like less of a human. He does know his medications. In my opinion he was very rude and his body language made me feel like I was just wasting his time completely. He twisted my words around on me to make what he was saying right. I felt worse leaving than when I did before I went In. I did not at all enjoy my experience And I will not recommend him to anyone. This is My opinion based on my experience.

Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information

Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

Not at all, their cologne smelled great

Absolutely, they were an expert!

I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family. I think anyone would benefit from seeing them. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

I've heard of a few psychiatrists that took personal phone calls during appointments, and I always thought that was so rude. Thankfully, they've never done that here. Their full attention is always completely on me. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

It wasn’t difficult to get an appointment with them at all. It was nice to be able to get in right away. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They're very flexible with their appointment times. Whenever I want an afternoon appointment, they're able to get me in, and whenever I want a morning appointment, they're able to fit me in as well. It's great not having to rearrange my schedule at all. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They are the most attentive psychiatrist I've ever met. They always listen carefully to whatever I have to say.
