Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
The doctors office itself was great-easy to find, friendly and knowledgeable staff, etc. My only complaint is the billing service they use. Apparently they work for Valley Health and the billing service is Valley Physician Enterprise. It must be different than the one the hospitals use because the hospitals are very easy to deal with. Only use this physician if you have insurance as this billing service will not deal with you at all. They will only give you the discount for uninsured patients (-20%) if you pay in full, but if you need to set up a payment plan they will not discount at all. I find this annoying since they never get 100% from insurance companies. If I could afford to pay in full, I probably wouldn't need the discount so badly. Duh
Their staff is very friendly and professional. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me, my family, and what I have to say. She diagnosed my son's Lyme disease when no one else could figure out what was wrong with him.
They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Their staff is very friendly and professional. This provider has helpful information available online, but its hard to find. I wish they had more of an online presence. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
They barely gave me any information at all. Very vague as to prognosis and therapy. Didn't inform us that we needed to go elsewhere for xray befoe the appt so we had to do that , then return. Wait times to see doctor usually over an hour. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find.
They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
