Does this provider treat their staff well?
Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

I never felt Dr. Orloff really listened, paid attention or cared. I came off of medication he prescribed for me and was not feeling so hot. I called several times asking him to please call me. I was worried and wanted to make sure everything was ok. He never returned my phone calls. I have never had a doctor just not return my phone calls. Unprofessional.

I feel based on my experience at Fairfax Northern Virginia Hematology Oncology it is more about cramming as many patients in as possible rather than providing "exceptional care without compromise". I would not send anyone I care about to Dr. Orloff or to this medical practice.
