What can I say. I enjoy going to my appointments. The staff is very polite.The Medical assistants, nurses and Dr.Andreoli are great!!

Busy doctor not giving a time to explains for her, they left me at the room waiting for the doctor for very long time, I think they forgot me

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. The office was very clean and well stocked, the staff was very nice and responded to all my questions. Dr. Andreoli has taken care of me for years and never lets you down. He has been always right on his diagnosis and provided the treatment I needed every time I went to his office. He is in my opinion the best OB/Gyn in Northern Virginia by far. The other doctors I have visited are not even close to the quality of care and experience that Dr Andreoli offers.

No, I didn't feel comfortable at all

Way too loud! I could barely hear what anyone was saying over the noise

Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money
Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office?
Yes, they need to clean or sterilize their facility more

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Yes

Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help
