I've had several personal experiences with surgery and surgeons. Dr French was the most skilled, professional physician I've met thus far. I had spinal surgery and aftercare.
Kathleen was reassuring at a very disturbing, uncertain time during my health crisis. She was open and straighforward with all information relating to the surgery and possible outcomes. Instilling in me a confident attitude from her reputation among the medical community and her positive, professional demeanor. My family and I were able to adjust to the long process of healing and recovery by way of Dr. French's openness, frankness, and regard for educating her patient, while some surgeons become so accustomed to the process they forget the patient is experiencing it for the first time and at a level they themselves have not. Thank you for the opportunity to share this information with others seeking medical quality above financial considerations when dealing with such an important medical/health situation (even for those of us not blessed with large financial means.) I wish good luck and health to all those seeking help.

Sincerely,
Malinda V.
