Their staff is very friendly and professional. All my questions were answered, Dr. Koontz spent good amount of time with me and listened well to my concerns.

No, they definitely weren't clean

I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it.

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them
