Kind and knowledgeable, professional doctor. Staff seems to be busy but very friendly. Dr. Hollis is real professional and funny. He is cut and dry about your health no in between or maybes, just straight to the point with a little humor and makes sure you understand, completely. Places you at ease about surgeries and upcoming procedures. Awesome Dr.

I never saw the doctor only the nurse practitioner. I have been in constant pain for 8months, every symptom I have points to something wrong with my gallbladder. Every test was showing up normal except my HIDA scan which I had horrible pain with and was on the line of being abnormal or normal. When I asked if she would refer me to a surgeon to get it out, she said she wouldn't and wants to do an endoscopy, to look at my stomach. Nothing and I mean NOTHING suggest something is wrong with my stomach, she suggest Celiac Disease which I ALREADY have. I have been on the gluten free diet for 10 years now, her information about Celiac Disease was incorrect which made me even question how she knew anything else. Any time I even tried to ask a question she cut me off and even raised her voice to quiet me down. She gave me meds for heartburn even though I have no symptoms of heartburn at all! The office was also very old and dirty.

I was disappointed with my recent visit to Dr. Hollis' office. Upon getting there, my referral form was lost and I was never sent my new patient paperwork. I waited for at least 1 hour 15 minutes to finally get called back for the appointment. I believed that I was going to be seeing a doctor but in the end I saw a CNP. I do not feel like my questions/concerns were fully addressed or listened to. Without question I left feeling confused and frustrated. It is highly unlikely that I will return to this practice. They are also not computerized, meaning lots of lost and disorganized paper!!!
