I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. I would absolutely not recommend them to anyone! I got such poor care here, and wouldn't want anyone else to suffer! I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them.

Our family is highly upset with Dr. Ringgold office and staff. My grandmother is a patient there and if it wasn’t for me doing a little research on the medication that Dr. Ringgold and his nurse put her on it she would have died. Plus the nurse releases information without permission from the family or the doctor. If it was up to me our family would contact a lawyer. In fact I may still contact a lawyer and see what I can do to stop this from happening to someone else. I’m very thankful that we contact her family doctor and they are having my grandmother transferred to another doctor. I would not trust Dr. Ringgold office or his staff. I just learned that the same situation occurred with one of my husband relatives.
