The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. There was a spanish girl there a while ago and she was good along with some other girl who worked with mrs, bermisa. they were the only ones who besides the doctors cared at all about my care my childrens care and overall their jobs. i could honestly say after those two left it was just slowly becoming an office ran by unethical and uneducated people. the doctors were awsome.... the staff is by far the worst ever in any medical feild.

i just want to say, the front office girl was the worst, barely spoke english, and told a patient to take their kid who the mom says he had an ear infection to the emergency room, because they did not have a slot open for her child to be seen when clearly (sign posted) walk ins were welcome, and it turns out they were patients there.

i talked to her while we sat in the reception room for 4.5 hours before we even got triaged, After all i do think she would have been better off going to the er, but as the childs mom explained her visit there would have cost more. when i finally got to see mr.bermisa i told him how i felt and how unethical that was. eventually i told that girl she was wrong and that pcp handle general care not trauma, that child was in uncomfortable with mild pain, not in a e.r stage. Ear infections fall under pcp care.

very rudely she asked me to pay my copay and literally threw my card my change my recipt at me, she dint place it in my hand she threw it at me where i had to pick up my change from the floor and my card. I knew then i was done with them.

This husband and wife team are actually good doctors ruined by the staff they hire to run their office. Messages are not delivered, appointments are often rescheduled, and claims are often filed improperly to insurance companies. My referrals have been submitted incorrectly on 5 different occaisions, and requesting them to fax any information for a patient is like pulling teeth. As I am writing this review, this is my 3rd day waiting for a copy of my child's immunization record and calling almost daily for it. I am happy to have moved out of state to not have to deal with their staff.
