I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.

It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. They are not the friendliest doctor in the world, but they are nice enough. I can't really complain about their bedside manner.

I believe that Dr. Johnson is one of the most up-to-date physicians I've ever been to see. I feel absolutely confident that he will consider all factors before prescribing a medication or making a medical decision. I am most impressed by his willingness to involve me in my medical treatment, as evidenced with his conversations with me each time I visit the office, and the respect which he shows me in those conversations.
