My biggest issue with the doctor is that I had an appointment set up, and could not make it due to an emergency at work. I called the day before to give them 24 hours notice. But then after that the doctor refused to make another appointment with me, and then refused to see my daughter when she was terribly ill, even though he had been her doctor for awhile. And he refused to see her because I had missed that one appointment, which he still charged me for, and I paid. There personalities seem nice they are always upbeat, but don't miss an appointment, even if you call them, because then they treat you like trash, and refuse to help you even when your child is sick. Its ridiculous, and leaves a mom in a terrible position. Not worth going to in my opinion.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
