I started seeing these doctors in the mid 80s for chronic sinusitis. Whenever I asked a nurse question or concern, she made me feel stupid for asking. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an appointment at any time. Around 2003 I was diagnosed with Emphysema and seeking pulmonary advice so I drop by the office to set up an appointment and explained my situation. Well the receptionists could barely stop chewing their food long enough to tell me the wait would be six to eight weeks. They said it in such a way that I felt that I was being gestured to for cutting someone off in traffic.

I just heard they restaffed the front desk and they are quite pleasant. I have seen both doctors there and they seem knowledgeable.
