I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.

I didn't notice a smell. They return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time over the phone; is is not an issue for me. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. They always try to squeeze me in if I call and need to see the doctor soon. I really appreciate that they are open every other Saturday and a couple of nights a week for shots. I have recommend this office to family and friends and will continue to do so.
