They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them.

Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out the way they said it would. They were able to provide me what they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a good staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to any question or concern I may have.
