Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Not that I have seen

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Was this provider argumentative or easily angered?
Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!

Not at all, they made me feel stupid for even saying anything at all

Not only did they not offer me a remedy, I had to go somewhere else to get help
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Not at all; the equipment is dangerous!

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

Perhaps Dr. George Brown was having a bad day, but my visit with him today left me shocked at how rude and degrading he could be to a new patient. Within the first minute of my appointment with him he was insulting me and acting like a playground bully. At one point I was preparing to walk out since he was scolding me like a megalomaniac. I wish there was a way to report him to a medical board. My appointment ended with him coming up to me at the payment counter and handing me a lollipop as he said, "We give lollipops to wimps."

Beyond his demeanor, I was not very impressed with his medical knowledge. I'm 30 years old and married to a Family Medicine doctor. My wife informed me of numerous medical options that could be causing my vocal fatigue, yet this doctor was at a loss for any cause and in the end could not offer any advice, explanation, or suggestion of who else to see.
