Dr Zapalac is our family ENT. He and his assistant always remember my family and make us feel very comfortable. We are completely at ease during our appointments. I love that Dr Zapalac is always more than happy to answer questions, and actually welcome questions. He takes time to explain things and has personally returned calls. He has performed surgery on both of my daughters and my husband as well as taking care of my own patient needs. The results have been wonderful. The nurses at the hospitals always have nothing but good things to say about him and express confidence in him as a surgeon. We could not be happier with a Dr. and have referred many people and will continue to do so.
