Went in with a sore tonsil and visible tonsil stone. They pushed me off on their PA who prescribed me steroid nasal spray, lozenges for an oral yeast infection, and probiotics that were "much better than the crap at GNC." I was totally alarmed. My tonsil was clearly irritated, if not infected, and they ignored it and pushed allt his other stuff on me. I called around, found another ENT in town who could see me that day. The new guy said I had a "classic tonsillitis" and gave me an RX for antibiotics. He said the nasal spray I was prescribed could be dangerous since I have no nose problems and that I had no yeast in my mouth and I should literally rip up that prescription. I don't know what is going on at this place, but any ENT who is pushing probiotics for your intestinal health, but missing basic tonsil infections... something is very wrong there.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
