Lynn did an excellent job on both tests she performed. Dr. Dehan's nurse was very friendly and helpful. My issue was with the front office staff. Not friendly, seemed only concerned with collecting my payment than how my treatment was going, i.e. I tried to engage the front desk staff in conversation and got this response instead..."your copayment is $...". Dr. Dehan was friendly, but I had to ask what exactly he thought my diagnosis was, but he did prescribe the correct treatment which cured my issue which I am grateful for. So overall, the Dr. and Nurse figured out what was going on and provided the proper treatment, but your front office staff could use a lot of customer service training, they were cold and unfriendly. I felt like a number, not a patient and customer.

Dr. Dehan and staff here are awesome! I've been putting off this surgery for years until recently I decided to get it done. I was basically deaf in my left ear with a hole in my eardrum and would get nasty infections in it when I would go swimming. Today dr. Dehan said I can go swimming! I can hear perfectly now thank you Dr. Dehan!

I came in today with the suspicion that I am suffering with silent reflux. He took my concerns seriously, did a thorough exam and discussed all angles of the issue with me until I had no more questions. I feel I am always in good hands with him.

The balloon sinuplasty surgery fixed a problem with breathing and fatigue that I was dealing with since 1988 when stationed in Lakeheath England. (lots of rain). I never knew that sinuses are supposed to drain. I could never thank you guys enough.

My boys have had numerous sets of ear tubes and my husband and I are patients of Dr. Dehan also. We have always felt well taken care of here and that we are in good capable hands.

I came in for a follow-up on my acid reflux because I was having negative side effects from the first two OTC medications I was told to take. From the follow-up, I was given another type of medication to try that was prescription-strength when I started to feel the acid reflux return.

I've been a patient here at this clinic for a few years and really enjoy the level of care they provide. I was taught to inject my own allergy shots and have fewer sinus infections than I did prior to receiving the shots.

The office is well run, making it easy to schedule appointments and get questions answered. Dr. Dehan is thorough and patient in his explanations of medical issues and treatments. He did a good job of outlining the different options for my treatment, including prices, procedures, and post-op recovery. I consider myself lucky to be in his care.
