My appointment was fantastic. I never expected it to go so well. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I've always appreciated how understanding and flexible they are with their appointment times here. They always try to work with my schedule and figure out a time that works for me. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
