If I could give a zero star rating, I would. I just saw they reported me to Equifax over a $107 bill. Yet, I have never received any bills nor notifications. Yes, I have moved. But, I've updated my address with the USPS and the hospital I went to.. I have also had the same phone number for over 10 years. No phone calls. These people are horrible and probably stupid if they weren't able to get a hold of me. Other bills from the same hospital have managed to reach me. What's their excuse?

these people is open the office not for service, just to collect money .they keep sending bill for unessary lab work done which you don't need.

DO NOT SEND THESE PEOPLE ANY MONEY UNTIL YOU HAVE VERIFIED WITH YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY THEY ARE OWED THAT MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The billing office is absolutely horrible!!!!!! They sent me a bill for $741 that stated on the bill that insurance had been paid and that I owed the rest. I sent them $500 out of my HSA account that later required substantiation. I then began looking for EOB's reflecting that amount to no avail, called Mangini, Lakhia & Associates to find out these claims had been denied because my insurance needed medical records!!!!!!!!!!!! It has been 3 months now and I still do not have my money back!!!!!!!!!

I am seriously thinking about taking them to small claims court.

Their billing office is terrible. I am supposed to get a refund. I have had at least 6 follow up calls in last 4 months, still have not received the refund. Every time I call, I hear refund check will be mailed soon.
