They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I appreciated that they allowed me to accompany my child, and didn't make me wait in the waiting room. It's always made me nervous when I wasn't allowed to be with my child at other places. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

My favorite pediatrician ever, and I've lived in 3 different states with my kids (ex-military wife). Dr Lewis and his staff are fantastic and I have driven 2 hrs one way for 3 years to keep my kids in his care.

Yes everything was neat and sterile

Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud

Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted

No, this didn't even look like a pediatrician's office

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

Yes, in fact they had two separate rooms!
