The staff there are very unpleasant... I almost led there in tears by how the female doctor there treated me. She was incredibly rude and just down right nasty to me. Made me feel like the worst mom ever..

Be careful if you have private insurance and not Medicaid. This office will find a way to make every "Well"(free) visit a sick visit so that you will have to pay. They bill for bogus medical treatments such as formula intolerance when you ask what they think the best formula for your child is. If you have to call and ask a question after your appointment they charge you over $100 for extra time. Absolutely ridiculous. I would assume this office is conducting fraud against Medicaid patients as well. They are just not aware because they don't see the charges. You will also never see Dr. Lewis. My daughter went to this office for the first 6 months of her life and never once saw her pediatrician. I would never recommend this office to anyone. The staff is horrible, rude, and extremely unprofessional.

A normal visit takes about one hour from start to finish. Last time we were there for my son's well visit we were there two hours. I have as of yet had an easy time getting any test results. The ONLY reason we continue to come is Dr Lewis. He is awesome. I would only recommend if you clear your day around the appointment and be prepared to wait.
