I would not recommend this Pediatrician to anyone. When he saw my daughter for the first time in the hospital it was Thanksgiving day and he rushed through our consultation. He told me to call his office and make an appointment because he wanted to see her in 2 days. I guess he forgot his office was closed due to the holiday so my daughter didn't have her first appointment until she was 1 week old. At her 1 month appointment we waited for 2 hours to be seen only to end up finding out we hadn't been seen yet because the doctor was running late that morning. A couple of months later they sent a prescription for her to the wrong pharmacy and none of her information was correct (name, DOB, address, phone number). Apparently they had another patient with a similar name to my daughter's, however that is no excuse for making such a serious mistake. I called the doctor's office to verify her information and they had me on hold for 15min so I finally hung up and they called me back. When I spoke to the lady she did not seem to take responsibility for the mistake and instead of apologizing she made excuses. The wait is always long, the staff is rude and unprofessional, and the office isn't very appealing and doesn't seem very sanitary.

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They do have a lot of patients so it does take sometime to see the doctor but at the end its worth the wait.
