I saw Dr. Patel for many years, him and his staff were wonderful. I did have excellent benefits with my employer at the time and never had any out of pocket fees. I only stopped seeing Dr, Patel because I moved out of state, Dr, Patel and his staff made me feel like family, Sincerely Tonya Gayle Taylor

BEWARE! This doctor took $450 from my daughter in pre-payment for an appointment. My daughter was ill the night before the appointment and called at 4 am leaving a message canceling her appointment. They told her when she called to reschedule that it would be a $250 rescheduling fee. My daughter declined to reschedule and asked for her $450 back assuming that she would have to pay a $30-$40 fee for not canceling the appointment within 24 hours. They refused to give her money back. BEWARE!!

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I felt safe under their care. I didn't doubt their motives at all. I left feeling very happy with the way my appointment went. I was nervous before my appointment, but I feel much more hopeful now.
