Dr. Starbranch is very professional and deeply concerned with my well-being, as is her staff of educated and warm assistants. The office staff has let me down in the past however, when it came to my prescriptions, which they sometimes failed to call in to my pharmacy or created problems with my insurance bill. Also, there is quite a long wait to see her. Still, overall I am happy with Dr. Starbranch and would recommend her to others.

Not really. I usually have to wait a long time

They did not try to get to know me at all, they barely knew my name.

Definitely not. I feel worse than I did before I started

Do not under any circumstances allow your child to be seen by Dr. Starbranch. She is rude, argumentative and unprofessional. My daughter was in my danger with Dr. Starbranch than with no one. We have moved her and hope to never have such a frightening experience with a doctor again.
