The entire experience was terrible. I waited two months to get an appointment. I showed up a little early for my appointment. The business part of it was horrible. I had to ask 3 times to get my ID and insurance card back. I waited about an hour to see the doctor. I was called back, then they said he went to the restroom, so I went back to the waiting room. I told the girl that I would have to leave soon to go back to work. When I finally walked back to his office, the doctor was still chewing on his lunch. There were two men sitting at desks side by side. I introduced myself and said I had to leave to get back to work since it took so long. I sarcasticly told them to go ahead and bill my insurance so they wouldn't feel guilty. I turned and walked out.

I don't know what was going on at this place. We waited months for an appointment, and when we finally got in, the doctor had some kind of clerk with him who was all the questions and typing on a computer. The doctor did not seem to be even listening.
We asked for some privacy, and the doctor met with us alone. But there was no change. I'm not even sure he understands English at all, he did not respond correctly to questions or comments, just sat there staring into space most of the time. He did not seem to comprehend what was going on. We left and refused to pay. Something is terribly wrong there.

The Support Staff is terrible. They charged me even before I saw the doctor. The person answering the phone barely speaks english. Brenda in the office who handles insurance is absolutely the worst. She told me an hour before the appointment that the insurance didn't cover the appointment. What kind of crap is that? I wouldn't reccomend this place to anyone. This is the worst practice I have ever heard of. I will make sure that my child never goes to this place.

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question

I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.

I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They have a new staff that is very helpful and the place looks great!

THE STAFF WAS RUDE! THE WAIT WAS OVER AN @ HRS AFTER OUR APPOINTMENT! AND THE DOCTOR COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THE DEVELOPMENT OF M Y CHILD.
