They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. This man is a wolf in sheepish clothing who is obviously jaded in his profession and shows significant negligence in his reports.

I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. Johnstone just want money and doesn't care about patients. It is good that he is old and is going to be gone from the medical practice soon so no more patients get messed up by him. I don't know how he got his MD probably cheated his way through schools.

I was very uncomfortable with the amount of foul language they used. I wish they had been more professional. Without a doubt, they were the worst psychiatrist I've ever seen. I can't believe they're still practicing. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. I had to wait a very long time in the waiting room. I can't believe they made me wait that long.

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Getting an appointment with them couldn't be easier. They're always able to give me the appointment time that works for me, and I never have to worry about taking off work or trying to squeeze it in my busy schedule.

They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. I felt very judged during my appointments. I couldn't believe how accusatory and condescending he was. On my second visit, he didn't give a feedback of his written findings during my inital consultation. His opening question was about my referring doctor. Then we started the session. He stopped me in the middle of my narrative (after waiting for 20 minutes outside?) and accused me of exagerrating, closed his neat notepad and told me he is terminating the session. He yelled at me to "GET OUT or I'll call the police". I was stunned! I asked for my paperwork. "You don't have paperwork-you didn't sign any-now Get out!". I said I have the right to my health report. "I don't care about your rights! Get out or I'll call the police." He opened the door and saw me still stunned, "Why are you still sitting? I SAID GET OUT!". He then called his assistant "__(Name)__call security, she doesn't want to leave". I asked the staff assistant if I can get my health record/report. She, too said I didn't sign any, so I don't have any documents or paperwork at all.

I was completely shocked at how unprofessional he was very inconsiderate and impolite. I definitely didn't make progress during my sessions. I actually think I'm worse than I was before I started going. There is no way I’d ever go back to visit them. They have no idea what they’re doing. He works for big insurance not people who are ill.
