Pole is terrible, you are better off letting your kid kill themselves than to deal with her abuse. I told her about physical, mental, and sexual abuse in my house growing up and all she say is I'm lying, need to take more meds, and my parents insurance is only paing for whatever. It was all about the money and visit were in and out in 15 minutes at $200 a pop. She even threaten to lock me away forever if I didn't take my meds, I called her bluff and she told me not to come back. I needed to be taken out of my house, but why should I be locked away for speaking up about abuse. My stepdad is now doing 40 years for child molesting. How is that for making up up.stories?

The music they played here was downright irritating and gave me a headache. I would have preferred absolute silence to that noise. I couldn't believe how long I had to wait in the waiting room. I spent almost my entire day in there. I would never recommend them to anyone. They made my situation even worse. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. There is no way I’d ever go back to visit them. They have no idea what they’re doing. Her staff is just plain rude, especially her assistant Taryn. I wouldn't go here if I were you. I am glad I found a doctor with staff that actually care about their patients and not just think of their patients as a number.

Dr. Pole took the right amount of time with me. She doesn't run a puppy mill like Dr. H (2 minute meetings). I was honest with her and I got better. She is warm and caring, but also doesn't miss anything (not too warm, if you know what I mean, stealthily efficient).
I used Dr. Pole when I was in the Psych ER. It's good to know I have a backup psychiatrist if something were to happen to my primary psychiatrist.

This is a good doctor, but the policies of the office are centered around whether they are going to be sued or not. You have to sign consent after consent. When you fire the doctor, they send you a certified letter to further harass you. The office staff is rude and treats you like you are "crazy." Do not go to this office!
