I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Every time I come here they alwaysrecognize me and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are very thoughtful and considerate. I am very pleased with the staff. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. They always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
