I am in the process of finding a new OB. This is my first pregnancy and she is definitely not the kind of Doctor one would want for this important life experience. She did not review my medical history. Appointments are impossible and the wait time messes with the rest of your day. Impossible for husband to meet me from work because who knows when he will get back.
I had severe symptoms of anemia and doctor refused to test my blood and instead called it dehydration.
She does not want to do an ultrasound or doppler until 12 weeks and I have to beg to be seen within a reasonable amount of time.
DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!!

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The doctor had just seen me 2 weeks previous but was completely unfamiliar with the problems and my past history that SHE had been the doctor for. I felt like she was rushing and not being thoughtful or careful about my health. I probably need surgery but will be doing it with a DIFFERENT doctor...do not feel the trust required for that.

I only had to pay a low copay, but my husband said their prices are kind of high. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I was very satisfied with my visit. I had a lump that I was concerned about, and Dr. Choy set my mind at ease. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. The waiting room was very full and it took quite a while before I was seen. It seems Dr. Choy is a very good doctor, and when I have children, I plan to go to her as my OBGYN.
