1 sonogram in all 36 weeks, called my fetus a brat at today's appointment, so unprofessional, doesn't listen or take time to explain just rushes through the exam. Gets an attitude when told I'm not feeling heard or informed. If I wasn't already this far into my pregnancy I would not hesitate to find another doctor. Absolute, hands down the worse OB I've ever had and this is my 3rd child. He's trash!

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They are a great team and work as a great team. I would recommend him to anyone that has a good sense of humor and is looking for a happy pregnancy.

I personally love dr abrantes and his entire staff! They are all laid back ad friendly. If you're wanting a very professional experience this is not te place for you. But if you want a more at ease feeling then this is your guy. They always make me feel right at home an at ease. I'm currently in my third pregnancy and wouldn't have anyone else take care of me and my baby!! He does have a sense of humor about his job. He makes jokes that could make you uncomfortable if you are more conservative, he is just trying to make you feel at ease but it could be misconstrued. Personally, I prefer that to a stiff, boring dr that speaks only medical terminology I don't understand. Anytime I'm not grasping what he's saying I have no problems telling him and he kindly explains. I recommend him to my friends and to the people I know can handle his personality.

Dr Abrantesdoes have a diffrent way about him . He is not stiff and hard to understand like other drs. I absolutey feel at easy in his office . He is serious when its time to be and light hearted when he is trying to make you feel at ease. If you are very conservitive then he is not the dr for you . If you want a dr that treats you like a person and not a chart then he is the Dr for you. I will take my daughters when the time comes and that says a lot cause i am very protective.

Dr. Abrantes was distracted and unprofessional, making some comments that could even be construed as sexual harrassment. And by the end of it I was afraid for him to even deliver my baby. Several times he would walk into the room already chatting with the nurse about something completely unrelated to my care and would continue that conversation as if I were not even there while measuring my belly or doing what he needed to do. This became even more uncomfortable when I was half naked. After giving birth, I had a complication which landed me back in the hospital and he came into the room and asked why I did this to him. Obviously joking, but it was not professional at all. Fortunately the birth went ok and the baby is fine, but I will never see him again. Moreover, his office is not available at all after hours. There is no answering service or on-call doctor. And when he is on vacation even the nurse line will hang up on you after playing the message to go to the ER for any problems. As if we all had that kind of money to spend.

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
