LOVE HER!!!! Dr. Krueger and her staff are great to our family. Dr. Kruger has been our doctor for many years, She was our doctor for our first child and now that we are having our 2nd child, she is our doctor again. We have refered many friends to Dr. Krueger and they all love her. Dr. Krueger is very open and honest with us, which makes us very comfortable. Her staff is very nice and helpful. They make the process of having a baby very easy and we feel they truly care about of family. When a doctor is as good as Dr. krueger is at what they do, everyone wants that doctor to be their doctor. So i can understand why sometimes there is a waiting time. But Dr. krueger and her staff is worth the wait. We trust Dr. Krueger.
P.S. We got your back Doc. See you in 3 weeks.

I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research.

Waited over an hour past my appointment time. My name was then called and it wasn't until after I sat in a room with no instructions for 15 minutes that I discovered that they had confused me with another patient. I sat in the waiting room for another 15 minutes before the woman at the office demanded that I pay for my visit before I was able to see the doctor (no other patients were asked to do this - they paid afterward, just like every other doctor I have been to.) I asked how much longer I would have to wait, because I wasn't going to pay until I knew that I would see the doctor. The woman in the office then began to talk to me as if I were a child and told me it was my fault that they were taking so long (she didn't provide a reason for this). They had also booked over 10 women to see Dr. Krueger in the same time period (she is the only doctor at this location). Extremely rude and poorly managed. Gigantic waste of time. I feel like my appointment was pointless. Nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.
