This provider makes no effort to get my view on things. I don't think they care at all about my concerns. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. There's no way I'll ever be back to see this OBGYN. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what was going on for me. The receptionist is very rude, I really don't understand how she got that job and how she is still there!

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

We are so grateful for Dr. Kaye, who was my doctor throughout my first pregnancy. Like many first-time moms, I had lots of concerns and lots of questions and Dr. Kaye and his staff took the time to make sure my questions were answered and to ensure our baby was healthy. His entire staff is courteous, professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend him!

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.

Picture yourself pregnant, entering the second trimester, excited to find out the sex of your baby. Picture a staff person asking you to pee in a cup and then returning and refusing service based on the drug test. Picture your hurt and confusion as you worry about your medical well being while some medical staff person lectures you on how irresponsible your drug use is. Then imagine the nurse refusing to acknowledge the possibility of a false positive and refusing to tone down her selfrighteous and unfactual sense of outrage. Imagine going to a competent medical caretaker and getting a drug test that isn't 10 years out of date. Imagine going back to your OB-gyn the *same day* and having the nurse refuse to acknowledge that the out of date drug test could be a false positive. Imagine having the Doctor hem and haw and refuse to take responsibility for his blisteringly incompetent staff and outdated equipment. If your pregnant and need medical care, look elsewhere. Dr Kaye seems incapable of separating his own family issues with drug use and his professional life as a health care provider. Look elsewhere.
