First off I want to say my Prayers got out to the grieving family. I really want to say SOCIAL MEDIA is great for certain things and horrible for other things. I have 3 kids, (my youngest is 8 months old tomorrow) and a niece that Dr. June Coleman delivered. I must say I didn't always have the best attitude when visiting the doctors office for my visits and check ups BUT this Doctor, Mother, Daughter, Lady and great Human Being took great care of me despite my criticism and attitude. I love her for taking my questions and answering them in detail. Even when the questions were repetitive. Sometimes I would ask to see if I would get the same answer or one close to it. Dr. Coleman pushed for me to have a C-Section with the last baby because he was right at 9 pounds before I was even close to term . "I said NO!!!!!! I wanted to have the baby natural. Dr. Coleman told me as my provider she would induce me if the baby didn't come during scheduled time frame or due date. I am very grateful because as a Doctor- Dr. Coleman made the best decision for me First and then baby. I would get all the facts before the name calling people. Most people choose CERTAIN DOCTORS because of how well you hear of them taking care of other people or was referred. I was sitting In Dr Coleman's office one visit and a young lady came in with what seems to be apparent, her kid, her sister and her mother. This young lady was very rude, sort of disrespectful, one of those times ...where I was going to speak up. The young lady was not a paying customer as I was but that's neither her nor there. The young white lady had chosen someone else to be her physician. Even after being rude with a bad demeanor, without further detail the young lady was won over by Dr. Coleman's office and took great care of her because she heard all the good stories as myself and others were talking inside the waiting area. So my point in telling this story is that we all want a very educated, caring, responsible Doctor- PERSON to take care of us in our time of need. I'm am sooooo sure that in this situation Dr Coleman made the best choices for this patient and continued caring for her. I'm also so sure that she is remorseful and again still CARING about this patient.

It really hurts me to core, what happen to this baby. One thing I must say I have been going to Dr. June for 4 years, she is VERY educated. Yes she wore heels in the delivery room. Honestly I was little jealous cause she pulled it off. My son heart rate was dropping she was not there BUT she was on the phone with the nursers all the while. I was rude to her after the meds was gone cause of course she was talking to everyone in the room. Asking my Son's father all kinds of questions that I thought was not important, but in the end it was. One thing I know for sure, she asks you do you want a C section even before you get in your 25 week. She encourage natural birth in African American and Latino Women. One question I have did the nurses do an ultrasound of the baby before labor, which Dr C. ordered for me. Because I was huge. At that time she said to me again do I want a C-section. I said NO lets do this.
My previous OB, did not give me the support I needed as a women over 35 having my second child. I spent all kind of unnecessary money, that doctor told me to abort my son when I was 6weeks, said he was growing too fast, I refused, at 9 weeks he said my child showed signs of abnormal growth, then he said I had a fibroid I was DONE. I came across her Youtube video and I made an appointment we talked she made me feel so good. Yes she is busy, yes she is run late (dont we all when we are successful) She has an excellent partner that steps in when she is needed. Dr. Coleman delivered my son successful, he is also a gifted student at the age of 3. He went to visit her at my last appointment and told her who the President and Vice President was at the age of 2.
What shocks me is that this happen in Pasadena? I thought she only deliveries at East Houston. Very Strange how a Gofund me account appeared quicker than a request for a review board. Something went wrong in that delivery room, but God was in control. Instead of calling this doctor names, trashing her name, (which if I was her I would sure the HELL out of all of yall) find out the simple facts. Babies die during child birth, remember woman do to, it's her job to save the woman like and delivery the baby. Remember the paperwork you signed saying using tools to delivery can harm the baby. As women we should be proud that a woman can arrive in the delivery room looking and behaving as a professional. She is not Rude, she is too the point that's because she is educated and wants more for young women of color.

Very kind and compassionate doctor. She has delivered two of my children in the last 10 years. She has also delivered several of my nieces and nephews. I am planning on becoming pregnant in 2016 and will continue to use her services without question. I am appalled on how people are discrediting her knowing that the media sales stories and not all the facts. I have yet to meet an QBGYN that has not lost a child during a delivery. It happens and sometimes people need someone to blame. I pray that God brings peace to the family for their loss. Dr. Coleman has been my doctor for almost 15 years and has always been professional, kind, compassionate, and provided excellent care. We should not be too quick to judge without knowing all the facts.

Dr. Colman is attentive, caring, and was precious as and when all my children were born. It's disheartening so many people are rating her after 'hearing' an unverifiable and sensationalized story on FAKEBOOK leading to a GoFundMe account. Karma is real. The people out to witch-hunt her due to gossip will have some.

Awful experiences each time. This "doxtor" will be going to the medical boards for a review. I thankfully recorded her awful, unethical practices. She is below competent.
