They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

Pros: The dr is great! She spends as much time with us as we need and is very relaxed (not hurried or seems too busy to talk over our concerns). Knowledgeable and helpful staff on the phone and in-person. Cons: Always a long wait - about an hour after our appointment time before we see the dr. Have to pay for parking (no validation unless there for ob appointment).
