They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. I wasn't overly impressed with them to be honest. They were polite enough, but they never went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and welcome. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing. Still, I wish they had been a little more professional.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
