The chairs in their waiting room were some of the best I’ve ever seen. I could have easily dozed off while waiting to see the doctor.

They had already reviewed my medical history before the appointment, and went over it with me in the exam room so as not to miss anything. They were extremely thorough and made sure not to miss one detail. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

Dr. Sweeney is brusque and judgmental. I consistently have problems with no one in her office reading my chart and trying to perform the same tests over and over again. I have yet to have an appointment go forth at the originally scheduled time and have twice shown up to be told they have no record of my appointment. Another patient tells me this happened to her at least 3 times when Dr. Sweeney was her OB for the birth of her son who is now 2, so this is not a new or freak occurrence. Most recently, they had me strip for a pap I didn't need because they couldn't find a record of it (it was in my chart) and left me sitting in the exam room for almost an hour. I am 30 weeks pregnant and sitting on the table was very uncomfortable, but it didn't seem sanitary to move to a chair, so I waited. I had been there half an hour when I heard Dr. Sweeney call to say the labor she was attending wasn't progressing quickly and she would be in to see as many patients as she could. This was the first I'd heard that she wasn't even in the building, though clearly her staff had known for hours that she was at a delivery and hadn't thought to tell me there would be delays. It was another 10 minutes before a nurse stuck her head in the room to tell me the doctor was held up at the hospital and would be right in. I heard her arrive, chat with the nurses for several minutes about how their mornings had gone, then I was told she was reading my chart and would be right in. While she was ostensibly reading my chart, I could hear her continue to chat with the nurses about inconsequential things for 10 more minutes, then I was told she had to get back to the hospital and I could wait another hour or more if I wanted, or come back later.
