I had a couple of horrible experiences with this dr. First after arriving 10-15 mins before my appt as they requested - I would then sit and wait to be called back for at least an hour. I strongly feel that as a Dr office - you are scheduling the appt - therefore you are telling me what time to be there and to consistently be behind is extremely disrespectful to your patients. Grogono has the worst bedside manner of any dr I have ever seen. I was going through a mis-carriage and she was busy checking her text messages from her child and husband during my appt. There are honestly too many issues to put out here - but I actually switched to a different dr because my 2 month experience was so horrible. I would absolutely 100% NOT recommend her to anyone!

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me.

My wife has never enjoyed going to the doctor or OBGYN before, but Dr Grogono is amazing. We started going to Dr. Grogono after recommendations from our friends when my wife became pregnant about 8 months ago.
She responds to question thoroughly and decisively from my wife and I. My wife and I are both able to call and get answers to more questions as they come up. Her methodology is one of thoroughness and completeness, but at the same time, she is able to read my wife and allay fears before they even come up.
We both really enjoy seeing Dr. Grogono weekly, and we are already sad about the thought of not seeing her as often after the birth.
