It was frustrating that none of my questions were answered and that I left more confused than ever. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. They didn't treat their staff well at all. They were very rude and demanding and I could tell the staff was miserable. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. Even after the fact i have medical record with diagnosis. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. my appointment was at 11am did not get seen until 6:30pm.

HORRIBLE!!! I have never felt so frustrated with the staff waiting time schedule of 5 Hours. I waited for an appointment for 3 months, then I still had to wait 5 Hours to be seen. Staff is incompetent and I even felt worse coming out of the doctors office because he was a big joke. Not sure what kind of patients he has seen lately, but going in for migraines turned out to be a session of psychology. I think he needs to retire, very unprofessional. His evaluation was more with someone with mental problems rather than a simple migraine complaint. He was charging by the seconds I was there and he wrote down everything by hand. NEVER FELT SO HORRIBLE ABOUT A DR.

I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. To make matters worse when my child ran out of medication the pharmacy contacted the dr Thursday morning for a refill authorization for seizure medication and the dr completely ignored it, my son wouldve gone over the weekend without medication if i had not private paid for it! HORRENDOUS!!! I CANT BELIEVE A REAL DOCTOR WOULD DO THIS!!!

Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
