The first visit was great, but I've had at least two subsequent visits in the past year that I felt they weren't too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. My appointment started on time, and the wait was very short. The doctor was a little too argumentative and angry, so consequently, I didn't bother to ask a couple of questions I had about my health. I left the office feeling very upset, then later I was angry about the entire experience. Changing PCPs is a hassle, but I dont' think I can go back there again and face that!

Every question I had was answered. The staff is friendly and helpful. I was very satisfied with my visit.
