Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this physician's office is to interstate and local access. It was so easy to find on the second floor of Titus Regional Medical Center, I didn't have any trouble at all. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
