They were kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say. I didn't wait long but it would be worth the wait! I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I really appreciate the extra effort they take to make me feel comfortable.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
