Terrible and dishonest backoffice at this practice. Charged us a co pay for a procedure that our insurance company said we did not owe and then refused to refund our money. Instead, they told us insurance benefits are confusing. So they ripped us off. Avoid them

Everyone there knew there job and did it well. Organized and competent.I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.Dr Hamat was very professional and knows his specialty.

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
