I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The staff was warm and welcoming, which I appreciated. They are very friendly there. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I was happy and relieved that they were able to answer all of my questions. I felt like I got a good amount of information.
