They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. I have never seen a coupon for this provider. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. The nursing staff could care less and the front desk doesn't even acknowledge you when you enter. You feel like you are interrupting them from something SO MUCH MORE IMPORTANT than you! The office has moved three times and each time it gets more impersonal and the staff cares less and less. The hygiene is questionable- every patient is weighed on a scale that people step on with bare feet- patient after patient, without any disinfection in between. Ever hear of foot fungus or viral skin conditions?? This is a doctors' office for heaven's sakes!! The thermometer is the same- it rolls across one patient's forehead after another with no obvious disinfection. The doctor is friendly and knowledgeable of course, that's why I go to this office. Other factors are disappointing.

From the appointment process to the exam, an atrocious mess. I've been a patient for close to 15 years. The quality of care has done nothing but decline. I've had more professional treatment at a CVS health clinic.
