I am in significant pain from neuropathy in my feet. Lyrica is the only recommended medication for this condition. I have been trying for a month to get my subscription filled and his office staff are unwilling/unable to do this. His staff are unfriendly and/or incompetent.

Are you looking for an MD who knows medicine? A professional that will call you back with test results when they say they will? A doc that understands what it means to take care of his patients? You are in the WRONG office if you are seeing Roka! He refuses to give test results unless he can bill your insurance for a visit. He refuses to give you refills on your meds, unless he can bill your insurance. He refuses to call patients back and has his staff tell patients that they need to come in…. so he can bill their insurance. He is extremely gifted at coming up with extra, un-needed tests, so he can bill your insurance. I dare say Roka is more skilled at not caring about his patients than most. He doesn’t even speak fluent English. If you are looking for someone who CARES…. Keep looking. May you be blessed and locate a Physician who knows what they are doing.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.
