The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.

I was recommended to Dr. Sara Apsley Amrbiz by a relative. It took her office three weeks to get this relative's cholesteral level back to them, and they had to call and request the information. Another woman in the waiting room had to wait 4 days for them to put in for a prescription as well....

Meanwhile, my first visit I waited in the uncomfortable and jam packed waiting room for hours only to see the PA. He spent a great deal of time with me and made me feel comfortable. I thought it was worth the wait. It took them nearly a month to get back my blood work. Nobody tried to book me an appointment to explain the test results, and they asked that I come in for more tests. I came in, and had it done. They called me two days later with a cryptic message saying everything was fine. No consultation from the doctor once again. Got sick again, and still couldn't get to see Dr. Apsley Ambriz. Terrible Practice. Rude staff. Maybe she is great in person, but good luck getting anything accomplished.
