The office staff is incompetent. I cannot reach the Doctor due to the staff. My refills take forever to be processed due to the staff. Doctor needs to get a NEW staff to match her compentency and p rofessionalism.
Wait time was ridiculous. 90 minutes, for a first AM appt. When Dr. Apsley did come to room, she was interrupted twice by her staff. I don't believe I got the attention I deserved. Referral I requeste d was not done. I called 6 business days later to check on it and it was still pending. I'm not sure if I'll return to the practice. I was not impressed with her staff. My suggestion to Dr. Apsley is, screen potential staff better so they will represent her in a positive way.
