I really love the staff at this office. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. The wait is not usually more than a few minutes.
I appreciate the attention and care that is given. The staff is very friendly, courteous, and efficient. They listen to your concerns and make appropriate decisions based on the patient's full history. A very sharp group of physicians and staff.

Dr Thompson is a knowledgeable, caring , and thorough physician. I have had the privilege of being her patient for over ten years.

Her office is well run , the surroundings are pleasant, and the staff is top-notch. Office location in Plano is very convenient to anyone with George and/or Tollway access.

This is how Family Medicine everywhere should be!

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.
