VERY RUDE staff! The front office staff could give evil stepmothers pointers. I've been there 3-4 times,only good thing I can say is that get you in quickly. I've never seen the same doctor twice. If you want lab results YOU have to call them and REQUEST to added to laboratory call list. If you fail to do this step they will not phone w/results.
I was new in the area when I tried this practice,I have since found a wonderful doctor w/caring support staff. I would NOT refer anyone to this practice.

What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Absolutely not, they are not trustworthy at all

I have been satisfied with this doctor who I've had for the past 15 years. He is extremely booked and has a number of doctors working there so if you need someone last minute, most likely, they will be able to squeeze you in which is nice but it is unlikely to be with him. Some of the office staff are simply awful to have to work with. If you need prescription refills on a regular basis, this will go through a woman there who is unpleasant in general and difficult to work with. I am dependent on her to get my prescription refills approved with the doctor and am contemplating switching doctors so I don't have to go through the hassle of having to call her multiple times to get this done.

The other doctors who work there have generally been wonderful.
